Порядок определения победителей
Работы оцениваются членами Конкурсной комиссии/жюри, состоящим из Академиков IAMAQ профессионалов: художников, ученых, искусствоведов, литературоведов, театроведов из разных стран мира.
Определение победителей Конкурса для каждого призового места осуществляется Конкурсной комиссией путем выставления баллов по десятибалльной шкале. Итоговая оценка определяется путем сложения всех баллов, выставленных членами Конкурсной комиссии. По итогам оценки Конкурсная комиссия определяет победителей, занявших призовые места. Решение Конкурсной комиссии отражается в протоколе о результатах конкурса.
Подведение итогов конкурса:
Подведение итогов конкурса состоится путем размещения информации о победителях на сайте, а далее с торжественным объявлением на церемонии награждения на выставке в составе со всеми участниками академии в зале IAMAQ.
Передача призов победителям осуществляется Организатором конкурса путем отправки дипломов на email и/или по адресу проживания конкурсанта.
The procedure for determining the winners
The works are evaluated by members of the Competition Commission / jury consisting of Academicians of IAMAQ professionals: artists, scientists, art historians, literary critics, theater critics from around the world.
The winners of the Competition for each prize place are determined by the Competition Commission by assigning points on a ten-point scale. The final score is determined by adding up all the points awarded by the members of the Competition Commission. Based on the results of the evaluation, the Competition Commission determines the Winners who have won prizes. The decision of the Competition Commission is reflected in the Protocol on the results of the competition.
Summing up the results of the competition:

Le opere sono giudicate dai membri di una commissione di concorso / giuria composta da accademici IAMAQ di professionisti: artisti, studiosi, critici d'arte, critici letterari, studiosi di teatro di tutto il mondo.
La determinazione dei vincitori del concorso per ciascun premio viene effettuata dalla Commissione del concorso assegnando punti su una scala di dieci punti. Il punteggio finale viene determinato sommando tutti i punti assegnati dai membri della Commissione di concorrenza. Sulla base dei risultati della valutazione, la Commissione del concorso determina i vincitori che hanno vinto i premi. La decisione della Commissione del concorso si riflette nel verbale dei risultati del concorso.
Riassumendo i risultati del concorso
La conclusione del concorso avverrà pubblicando le informazioni sui vincitori sul sito e poi con un annuncio cerimoniale alla cerimonia di premiazione in mostra come parte con tutti i partecipanti all'Accademia nella sala IAMAQ.
Il trasferimento dei premi ai vincitori viene effettuato dall'organizzatore del concorso inviando i diplomi via e-mail e / o all'indirizzo di residenza del concorrente.

Quali lavori possono partecipare
Квантовое искусство − неотделимая часть духовной деятельности человека, в которой творческая мысль и есть квантовое состояние, существующее вне материальной реальности. Мысль определяет, воздействует и конструирует предполагаемый художественный визуальный образ.
Искусство оперирует не с физической реальностью, а с идеями, образами, паттернами реальных объектов, возникающими в квантовой системе в одном из допустимых её состояний.
Одной из главных тем для участников конкурса может стать визуальный гипотетический образ – аналог (картина, скульптура и т.п.) состояния и взаимодействия субатомных частиц, описанных в опытах и теории квантовой механики. Сюжетами произведений могут стать процессы декогеренции (перехода квантового потока в состояние объективной реальности), факт наблюдения − редукции волновой функции частицы кванта в конкретную точку открытого мира (канал обмена информацией), телепатический эффект мгновенной передачи информации между квантовыми полями независимо от расстояний, осознание «творческого вдохновения» как возможности приёма информации от энергоинформационного галактического поля, энергетические уровни или активность состояния художника – медиума в момент перехода к «иным мирам», т. п.
Инновация квантового искусства заключается в определении нового объекта внимания для изобразительного искусства − художественного осмысления видимого «открытого мира» сквозь призму квантового многовариантного галактического пространства, суть которого сформулировали Нильс Бор и Вернер Гейзенберг в «Копенгагенской интерпретации», космологи Макс Тегмарк и Стивен Хокинг − в своей теории «мультивселенной» и Эдвард Виттен − в «теории струн».
Кроме основных «квантовых» работ будут рассматриваться традиционные стилевые направления изобразительного искусства, которые соприкасаются или имеют опосредованное значение в понимании влияния квантовых потоков галактики на психологическое состояние, настроение и выбор действий наблюдателя – художника. В квантовой теории Воля наблюдателя (художника) есть количественная характеристика нелокального состояния «матрицы плотности», способная влиять на результат реализации многовариантного развития событий в системе поляризованного поля.
В дополнение к вышеизложенному автор при отборе работ на конкурс будет опираться на европейскую классификацию стилей изобразительного искусства, в которых в разной степени присутствуют признаки квантового искусства.
Символизм с его эстетикой прозрения секретов бытия, художественными исследованиями состояний смерти и сна, мысленным переходом в запредельный мир эзотерических откровений, в мир эроса, магии, изменённого сознания и порока, близок к понятию квантового искусства, хотя мистический подход к изображаемым объектам противоречит научному пониманию связей и процессов, открытых в квантовой механике.
Авангардные стили ХХ столетия, имеющие в своей основе спонтанное изображение увиденного в изменённом состоянии религиозного, медитативного, психоделического и наркотического транса (такие как экспрессионизм, виженари-арт, сюрреализм и др.) следует воспринимать как частные случаи Квантового искусства, фиксирующие случайные образы изменённого сознания, но не осмысляемые художниками с точки зрения причинно-следственной связи с галактическим информационном полем и квантовым строением Вселенной, подтверждёнными новейшими открытиями мирового научного сообщества в области космогонии и квантовой механики.
Абстракция. Гениальное предвидение основателя абстрактного искусства Василия Кандинского о творческом вдохновении, как о состоянии, вызываемом «космической вибрацией», подтвердилось научными открытиями XX - XXI веков в области физики ядра, в частности, обнаружением субатомных квантовых частиц (кварков, лептонов, бозонов), которыми наполнено галактическое пространство, и которые, в свою очередь, обладают свойствами мгновенного взаимодействия с элементарными частицами анатомической структуры человека. По мнению автора статьи, абстракция есть образная запись концентрированного знака эмоционального впечатления, созвучная со скоростным обменом информации и имеющая прямое отношение к квантовому искусству.
Реализм и связанные с ним направления, построенные на физических законах бытия, не имеют отношения к квантовому искусству. Не подлежат рассмотрению также виды актуального искусства: акционизм, перформанс, хэппенинг, тотальная инсталляция, а также виды вещественного коллажа, дадаизма, мерца и других ассоциативных художественных практик. Задача художника Квантового стиля транслировать на холст объективное отображение состояний вариантного параллельного развития событий, художественно осмыслять и выделять их в отдельные классы состояний в соответствии с эстетическими принципами гармонии.
Философия квантового искусства строится на конвергенции (слиянии) новейших международных научных открытий ядерной физики, квантовой механики, космогонии Вселенной и художественного культурного осмысления в искусстве новых качественных парадигм современности.

Quantum art is an inseparable part of human spiritual activity, where creative thinking is a quantum state that exists outside of material reality. Thought determines, influences and constructs the intended artistic visual image. Art does not work with physical reality, but with ideas, images, patterns of real objects that arise in a quantum system in one of its admissible
states.
One of the main topics for contest participants could be a visual hypothetical image - an analog (image, sculpture, etc.) of the state and interaction of subatomic particles described in
experiments and quantum mechanical theory. The plots of the works can be decoherence processes (the passage of a quantum flux to a state of objective reality). For example, we can consider: observation from a quantum point of view, ie the reduction of the wave function of a quantum particle to a specific point in the real world (information exchange channel); the telepathic effect of the instantaneous transmission of information between quantum fields regardless of distances; the awareness of "creative inspiration" as the possibility of receiving information from the galactic energy-information field; the energy levels or the activity of the artist-medium state at the moment of the transition to "other worlds", etc.
The innovation of quantum art lies in the definition of a new object of attention for art: the artistic understanding of the "open world" visible through the prism of the quantum multivariate galactic space. The scientists who formulated these concerries are Niels Bohr and Werner Heisenberg in the "Copenhagen Interpretation", cosmologists Max Tegmark and Stephen Hawking - in their "multiverse" theory and Edward Witten - in "string theory". In addition to the main "quantum" works, the traditional stylistic directions of the fine arts will be
considered, which are in contact with or have an indirect meaning in the understanding of the influence of quantum flows on the psychological state, on mood and on the choice of actions of the observer - artist. In quantum theory, the Will of the observer (artist) is a quantitative characteristic of the non-local state of the "density matrix" that can influence the result of implementing a multivariate development of events in a system of polarized fields.
In addition to the above, in the selection of works for the competition, the author will rely on the European classification of fine art styles, in which quantum art signs are present to varying degrees.
Symbolism with its aesthetic of intuition of the secrets of being, artistic studies of the states of death and sleep, mental transition to the transcendent world of esoteric revelations, to the world of eros, magic, altered consciousness and vice. These elements are close to the concept of quantum art, although the mystical approach to the objects depicted contradicts the scientific understanding of the connections and processes discovered in quantum mechanics.
The avant-garde styles of the 20th century, which are based on a spontaneous image of a religious, meditative, psychedelic and narcotic trance seen in an altered state (such as expressionism, visionary art, surrealism, etc.). These artists should be perceived as special cases of Quantum Art, staring at random images of an altered consciousness, but not understood by artists from the point of view of a causal relationship with the galactic information field and the quantum structure of the Universe. This has been confirmed by the latest discoveries of the world scientific community in the field of cosmogony and quantum mechanics.
Abstraction. The ingenious prediction of the founder of abstract art, Wassily Kandinsky, about creative inspiration as a state caused by the "cosmic vibration", has been confirmed by the scientific discoveries of the 20th - 21st century in the field of nuclear physics. In particular, the discovery of subatomic quantum particles (quarks, leptons, bosons), which fill galactic space and which, in turn, have properties of instantaneous interaction with the elementary particles of the human anatomical structure. According to the author of the article, abstraction is a figurative registration of a concentrated sign of an emotional impression, conforming to the high-speed exchange of information and directly related to quantum art.
The author believes that realism and related tendencies, built on the physical laws of being, have nothing to do with quantum art. The types of contemporary art are also not subject to consideration: actionism, performance art, happening, total installation, as well as types of materic collage, Dadaism, mertz and other associative artistic practices. The task of the artist of the Quantum style is to translate on the canvas an objective visualization of the states of a variant of the parallel development of events, understand them artistically and allocate them into separate classes of states according to the aesthetic principles of harmony.
The philosophy of quantum art is based on the convergence (fusion) of the latest international scientific discoveries of nuclear physics, quantum mechanics, cosmogony of the universe and artistic cultural understanding in the art of the new qualitative paradigms of our time.

L'arte quantistica è una parte inseparabile dell'attività spirituale umana, in cui il pensiero creativo è uno stato quantistico che esiste al di fuori della realtà materiale. Il pensiero determina, influenza e costruisce l'immagine visiva artistica prevista.
L'arte non opera con la realtà fisica, ma con idee, immagini, schemi di oggetti reali che sorgono in un sistema quantistico in uno dei suoi stati ammissibili.
Uno degli argomenti principali per i partecipanti al concorso potrebbe essere un'immagine ipotetica visiva - un analogo (immagine, scultura, ecc.) dello stato e dell'interazione delle particelle subatomiche descritte negli esperimenti e nella teoria della meccanica quantistica. Le trame dei lavori possono essere i processi di decoerenza (il passaggio di un flusso quantistico a uno stato di realtà oggettiva); il fatto dell'osservazione - la riduzione della funzione d'onda di una particella quantistica a un punto specifico del mondo reale ( canale di scambio delle informazioni); l'effetto telepatico della trasmissione istantanea di informazioni tra campi quantistici indipendentemente dalle distanze; la consapevolezza dell'"ispirazione creativa" come possibilità di ricevere informazioni dal campo energetico-informativo galattico; i livelli energetici o l'attività dello stato dell’artista-mezzo nel momento del passaggio ad "altri mondi", ecc.
L'innovazione dell'arte quantistica sta nella definizione di un nuovo oggetto di attenzione per l'arte: la comprensione artistica del "mondo aperto" visibile attraverso il prisma dello spazio galattico multivariato quantistico, la cui essenza è stata formulata da Niels Bohr e Werner Heisenberg in la "Copenhagen Interpretation", i cosmologi Max Tegmark e Stephen Hawking - nella loro teoria del "multiverso" ed Edward Witten - nella "teoria delle stringhe".
Oltre alle principali opere "quantistiche", verranno presi in considerazione gli indirizzi stilistici tradizionali delle belle arti, che sono in contatto o hanno un significato indiretto nella comprensione dell'influenza dei flussi quantistici sullo stato psicologico, sull'umore e sulla scelta delle azioni dell'osservatore - artista. Nella teoria dei quanti, la Volontà dell'osservatore (artista) è una caratteristica quantitativa dello stato non locale della "matrice di densità" che può influenzare il risultato dell'implementazione di uno sviluppo multivariato di eventi in un sistema di campi polarizzati.
In aggiunta a quanto sopra, nella selezione delle opere per il concorso, l'autore farà affidamento sulla classificazione europea degli stili di belle arti, in cui sono presenti segni di arte quantistica in varia misura.
Il simbolismo con la sua estetica di intuizione dei segreti dell'essere, studi artistici degli stati di morte e sonno, transizione mentale al mondo trascendente delle rivelazioni esoteriche, al mondo dell'eros, della magia, della coscienza alterata e del vizio, è vicino al concetto dell'arte quantistica, sebbene l'approccio mistico agli oggetti raffigurati contraddica la comprensione scientifica delle connessioni e dei processi scoperti nella meccanica quantistica.
Gli stili d'avanguardia del XX secolo, che si basano su un'immagine spontanea di una trance religiosa, meditativa, psichedelica e narcotica vista in uno stato alterato (come espressionismo, arte visionaria, surrealismo, ecc.) dovrebbero essere percepiti come casi speciali dell'Arte Quantistica, fissando immagini casuali di una coscienza alterata, ma non compresa dagli artisti dal punto di vista di una relazione causale con il campo informativo galattico e la struttura quantistica dell'Universo, confermata dalle ultime scoperte della comunità scientifica mondiale in il campo della cosmogonia e della meccanica
quantistica.
Astrazione. L'ingegnosa previsione del fondatore dell'arte astratta, Wassily Kandinsky, sull'ispirazione creativa come stato causato dalla "vibrazione cosmica", è stata confermata dalle scoperte scientifiche del XX - XXI secolo nel campo della fisica nucleare, in particolare la scoperta di particelle quantistiche subatomiche (quark, leptoni, bosoni), che riempiono lo spazio galattico e che, a loro volta, hanno proprietà di interazione istantanea con le particelle elementari della struttura anatomica umana. Secondo l'autore dell'articolo, l'astrazione è una registrazione figurativa di un segno concentrato di un'impressione emotiva, conforme allo scambio ad alta velocità di informazioni e direttamente correlato all'arte quantistica.
L'autore ritiene che il realismo e le relative tendenze, costruite sulle leggi fisiche dell'essere, non abbiano nulla a che fare con l'arte quantistica. Anche i tipi di arte contemporanea non sono soggetti a considerazione: azionismo, performance art, happening, installazione totale, così come tipi di collage materico, dadaismo, mertz e altre pratiche artistiche associative.
Il compito dell'artista dello stile Quantum è tradurre sulla tela una visualizzazione oggettiva degli stati di una variante dello sviluppo parallelo degli eventi, comprenderli artisticamente e allocarli in classi separate di stati secondo i principi estetici dell'armonia.
La filosofia dell'arte quantistica si basa sulla convergenza (fusione) delle ultime scoperte scientifiche internazionali della fisica nucleare, della meccanica quantistica, della cosmogonia dell'universo e della comprensione culturale artistica nell'arte dei nuovi paradigmi qualitativi del nostro tempo.
